This is a replacement for the Rainbow ATC Swap that was canceled on 7/20/08. I figured that many of us had already completed our cards, so there where probably others that wanted to send them. I have not been able to get ahold of the original host, so I hope this is okay with everyone. Because this is a replacement swap, there will be a short time to get signed up and sent. International. Make 1 ATC for each of 2 partners. For a total of 2 ATC's. Any medium is welcome, as long as it has the Rainbow theme. Those with a 4.5 or better rating to join. If you have any no sends within the last 3 months you will not be allowed to join. Newbies are welcome with a completed profile and a message to me!
