How long before I wait to rate for a swap. This was my first one and I have not received anything. The lady said she sent it on the 6th and on the 14th she said she got it back for insufficent postage and would resend. I have messaged her with no response back. What should I do? Still learning about swap-bot and I love it so far. Just a little disappointed on my first swap :(
