Workout/Exercise CD - International

I have just recently joined a gym and would have probably quit by now if it wasn't for the tunes I'm listening to on my Shuffle. What music do you like to listen to when raising a sweat? Heres your chance to share and to recieve some new tunes to help raise your blood pressure! You will need to make one Cd with at least 10 songs of your choice for your partner. It will need to have a song list and a case/cover is recommended for international postage. There is a good chance that some songs will contain profanities so if this offends, then maybe this isn't the swap for you. Anyone with a rating of 4.9 and above PLUS no no-sends in the last six months can join. Newbies should have their profiles filled out in detail. Hostess will NOT angel this swap but will seek angels, should there be anyone with the bad taste to flake. Please don't join if you might flake as I offend easily. I will be checking with my magnify glass for any bad seeds.
