Are you saying that the design of the fabric should be a ladies accessory theme designed fabric that has items that you mentioned?

thank you @barbieloufromKY for your clarification request....you may use print fabric that has ladies accessories on it in a quilt block or maybe you want to applique some shoes, or a purse, a lady with jewelry, just about anything you can think of that reminds you of "ladies clothing accessories" is allowed....except I wouldn't make the mug rug from just one piece of print fabric and call it done. Imagination and fun are the keys! Enjoy, and thank you again for asking.
