This swap is for ATC makers who love collage: use papers, magazines, fabric, buttons, thread, whatever you wish! ATC's are standard 2.5 by 3.5 inches and please back them on cardstock or something else sturdy. You will make 2 ATC's for 2 partners. So that's 4 ATC's! International. You must have a 4.5 rating and no no-sends.
