This is a swap for stamp collectors. For this swap you should send 25 used stamps, from which at least 20 should be commemorative stamps. A nice cover means that you mail your letter with a commemorative postage stamp featuring a children topic. That can be children illustrations like moomin, pictures of children, drawings by children, stamps for children ect. So you get a letter with a beautiful stamp on it and 25 used stamps for your collection.
