Description: | |
For this swap, you'll be making a letter that your partner will hold on to for the future! Write one page about what it's like to be right here, right now. You can write whatever you want to, but keep in mind, ten years from now (or more), someone will open this to get a glimpse of life in days gone past. What's your favorite part of being alive in 2015? Least favorite part? What do you think the future will hold? What are your worries and hopes? Keep in mind, your partner may save the letter for more than 10 years. Write at least one page, hand written or typed. Then put it in an envelope with a nice stamp. On the outside of the envelope, simply write the address, your return, and "Do Not Open Until July 6, 2025". Then get it hand-postmarked at the post office. We want the postmark to be legible! If you get an envelope, rate a 5. Then tuck it away unopened-- somewhere very very safe! Save it for yourself, your kids, or your grandkids- a little message from someone, somewhere, in the past... This swap is newbie friendly. I will angel if flaked. |
