Do you have an item or two in your stash that you bought and NEVER used? Pass it on!! send an unused item or two from your stash. It can be anything from fabric, stationery, tote bags, etc. If it is stationery, do not send a single notecard or pieces of a stationery set. Please send the whole set. Remember these are items you bought that have never been used. Nothing broken, torn, stained, bent. If the item is cosmetic or edible, it must be SEALED in its original packaging. 1 item will fulfill the terms of the swap, so quantity of items is up to the sender. Remember, these are items from your stash, so the only cost is postage. THIS IS NOT A PROFILE BASED SWAP.

Being this is from the $1 group swap, is the monetary value $1? Also, is this a profile based swap?

you can check your partners profile if you'd like, however it is not a profile based swap. as for the monetary value, it can be $ 3 or less.
