Description:
Make one ATC for your partner incorporating a fortune from a fortune cookie. Ideally, the rest of the ATC should reflect the meaning of the fortune. All ATCs should be 2Â½" x 3Â½" and have a sturdy backing. Any media okay as long as it is acceptable by the postal service. Newbies are welcome and I will angel anyone who doesn't receive their swap once you've contacted your sender to make sure there isn't a postal issue. Good fortune to all!
