Envelope can be handmade or store bought Envelope size - 4x6 and larger. Cover the entire envelope (front & back) with Valentine themed items.... You can use rubber/acrylic stamps, images from magazines/books, die cuts, hand drawn, etc. etc..... Secure the items using Mod Podge or similar.... You can YouTube mail art and find some great tutorials to get some great tips. Add a flat surprise and note to your partner in your newly made awesome Mail Art Envelope! Enjoy!
