You can interpret "rain" however you like -- maybe it inspires you to decorate an envelope decorated with pictures of rain boots or maybe just to use certain colors. As long as RAIN is your inspiration, anything goes.

Make three mailable size envelopes that your partner can use to mail future swaps. No minis (unless extras). Include a note about how rain inspired your creations, or why you like or dislike rain, or just a simple note to tell your partner to have a nice day. :)
