mpu: I've been meaning to use this

I know many of us have slight self control issues. We impulse buy washi tape, hoard interesting bits of junk mail, gather random stuff, say "yes" when offered a stack of weird wall paper bits.

Our loved ones say "why are you keeping that crap?" and "how do you have so much stuff, I don't remember you buying any of this?! Where did it come from?!" and "don't you dare colonize the front room with your art junk."

And we reply "Well, it might come in handy." "I've been meaning to use this." "I am waiting for inspiration to strike."

For this swap, you will go to your pile of treasures and use something you've been "going to use". Weird new paint, odd bits of paper, incredibly fluffy string. It's time. Use it.

Since we all stash different things I am leaving it pretty open what you make. The standard atc, bookmark, postcard, blank notecard set for your partner to use, letter set, altered tag, something that is type 3 but doesn't take you a long ass time since it's a quick turn around swap, you get the picture.
