I think October 24 is a bit early for a Christmas card exchange... Make the last date late November and you'll get more to join.

Sometimes the mail takes 3 -4 weeks to get international, but I agree the date should be at least a couple of weeks later.

I think the date is Good gives you time to write a nice note before the holiday rush is on I always panic when the deadlines are so close to Christmas

these card swaps run until November if you feel the date is to early for you join the next one its not about how many members join a swap.
