Mental Health Wellness Visual Art Swap #1

Hello swappers!

This is a swap where we will create art. On a 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, create an art piece with paint, collage, etc. When creating the art, answer the following question with what you create:

"What are your values, and what is meaningful to you?"

This swap is part of a group of swaps I will be creating related to mental health awareness and advocacy. The intention of the swap is to create a positive environment for us to share our ideas and inspirations with one another. In this process, the hope is that we become more in touch with ourselves, and also connected to others around us.
