Description:

Sign up and express yourself through art that isn't judged... only enjoyed!

What: Create 1 stitching- or fabric-themed mail art envelope to send your partner and include a small profile surprise inside.

  • THEMED MAIL ART. Handmade or purchased envelope decorated by you. Minimum 4" x 6" size (1.6 cm x 2.4 cm). Use markers, pens, crayons, collage, washi tape -- whatever you want -- to create a stitching- or fabric-themed envie (stickers ok in moderation). Front is required; back is optional. Be sure your partner's address is clearly visible and readable!

  • PROFILE SURPRISE. Enclose 1 small new/unused item your partner will enjoy (check her profile). It does NOT have to be fabric or sewing-related but certainly can be – up to you! Purchased or quality handcrafted.

As usual, send something you’d be proud to deliver in person.

Note for USA swappers: A $1.15 Global Forever stamp (or equivalent) will mail a 1-oz letter-size envie up to 1/4" thick anywhere in the world via First-Class Mail International. More info: USPS calculator

☆ I review all profiles with a checklist before assigning partners, so if you have late swaps on your dashboard, unexplained 3s or 1s, or other evidence that this swap may not be a good match, you'll be dropped from the swap. When in doubt, contact me before partners are assigned. I’m happy to angel if you’re flaked on in one of my swaps (and flakers get reported). Simply let me know after you attempt resolution with your partner but ultimately rate them a 1.

~ Communicate with your partner if you have any issues.
~ Include a note or card that identifies the swap and your Swap-bot ID.
~ Reinforce your mail if needed to help protect swap items.
~ Send as soon as you can and rate promptly and fairly.
