Description:
Lets make some really cute Kawaii ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) Rules.... 1- ATC are 2.5 X 3.5 2- You can create you ATC in amy medium. (color pencil, markers, paints, ect) 3- please do not do black and white. Make it colorful like you would expect Kawaii to be. 4- make sure your ATC is on sturdy paper or put it on some sort of backing.
