I love Target and I love the dollar spot section. They always have adorable holiday items. For this swap you will spend $5 in targets dollar spot for 1 partner. Some valentine item examples: Rubber stamps, note cards, garland, washi tape, valentines, gift tags, etc. Please be sure to include a note with your name and the swap name. Minimum rating of 4.98 with no recent 3's, and you must have 15 completed type 3 swaps. (I will be checking profiles)
