February is approaching and the 14th is Valentines Day. Add abit of romance into your art by making one ATC with a Valentine's theme and one heart for one partner ATC Valentine theme in your choice of media. Feel free to use the image above. Heart.. one heart no bigger than approx 7.5cm x 7.5cm ( 3'' x 3'' ) so that it can fit into a C6 envelope. Decorate/paint as you wish. You may add a ribbon or cord for hanging
