Valentine's Day is fast approaching and everyone deserves to receive some hearts and some flowers. So let's have some sweet fun. For this swap create 1 ATC for 1 partner. At least 1 heart and 3 flowers must be included in the design. Make it "Shabby Chic". Normal ATC requirements apply. Please remember to write your name and the swap name on the back of the ATC.
