First of all thanks to sunrising42 for the idea and some of the words I don't know about you but I don't have a large collection of Postcards to swap. I also like art based swaps which is why I like ATC's. For this swap, you will make 3 ATCs that represent you in some way. You can include a photo of yourself, but this is not required. It could be about places you like to visit, your favorite season, music, game, etc - your interests, hobbies, personal history, goals, anything that is meaningful to you. Your ATC Must: -- Be well made. -- Be placed in a protective sleeve. -- Be attached to a sturdy backing - at least the thickness of card stock or a file folder. -- Have the following written on the back of the ATC: •The title of the ATC (it can be the swap name) •Your name and user name •Your email address •Why the ATC subject is meaningful to you (or explain this in your note accompanying the ATCs) Be sure to include the swap name and your user name in the note so your partner can rate you. Helpful info for folks new to ATCs: ATC stands for Artist Trading Card and it is a sample of your artwork on a piece of cardboard that is the same size as a sports trading card An ATC measures 2.5" by 3.5". You will start with a rigid base - I usually use file folders cut to size. They are rigid and easy to work with. |
