Description:
As we have done before and find it fun to do I would like you to make an ATC incorporating a used or not used postage stamp in a scene or whatever you come up with. You can use a face postage stamp and dress it up or a scene postage stamp that you give a background to. By now you know the size of an ATC in our group and rules about sending on time etc. Use your imagination on a stamp you have and create. Sending just one ATC to one swapper.
