International swap,Open to newbies, who have a complete and well thought-out profile.(Most of my swaps are newbie-friendly, with only ONE rule. You must have a complete profile. Since it is my only rule, I am quite strict about it.). Your swap partners want to get to know you! So be sure to take care of it, or I will not be able to keep you in the swap. The first time I was in this swap was in 2007, when it was hosted by a dear friend, who Is no longer in swap-bot. I've seen lots of variations of if over the years, but I am returning to the simple. You will have two partners, (that means you will get two ratings.) You will send each one of them a postcard, with a stanza, or a few lines of a poem that has touched your life in some way. Please credit the author, unless you've written it yourself. Do not put your postcard in an envelope to mail. These are to be addressed, to your partner, with a stamp attached and then mailed. It is VERY important that you write, maybe along the margins, your own name, the name of the swap, and the date you are mailing it. Be sure to also click the SENT button on this page, so you won't get marked down, just because the postal service might be slow. Please use a picture postcard. (Sender's choice!) I hope you have FUN with these! Any questions, or concerns, please just ask, or message me. |
