SMSUSA: Cheery Note & Flat Surprise #9

For this swap you'll be sending your partner a cheery note in a pretty notecard. You'll also include an inexpensive, flat surprise inside the notecard. Suggestions of things to send: blank postcard, blank notecards, US postage (small but wonderful ;+), sticky notes, stickers, or anything else you think would be a lovely surprise.

Your cheery note should be a bit more than your swap name and title of the swap . . . talk about anything bright and cheery.

Please also decorate your envie in some way--doodles, stickers, washi--anything goes.
