Newbie here! Are there any requirements to what should be on the front of the postcard? And as the number of swap partners is 3, does that mean that we have to hit shuffle for three times for three different list? So excited to swap!!

No, the postcard is senders choice. If you have a bunch, looking at a partners profile is a nice touch. The option of three different lists is up to you. No one else will know. :)
