Description: | |
The round 1 of this swap filled up super fast, so this is round 2. This is USA only again. If you signed up for round 1 please don't join this swap. Let some of the other player have a chance to play. This swap has some limits and requirements. Please read carefully before you sign up. The sign up deadline is One week from today. I have 14 envelopes with 3 same mystery items, of a Totally tacky nature. aka TTMI. These are not lewd or offensive but just tacky as far as creating atcs. When you get it you will see why it is tacky. You need to be the kind of person who take make a purse from a sow's ear. This swap is limited to 14 players in good standing. I am player 15. You will make 3 cards. One is for me as the hostess, and 1 for your two partners. I thought you would enjoy seeing the final results from 2 different artists. If you get me a partner, I will include a different, 3rd TTMI image so I get 2 different cards, this is also so I don't overtax your creative muse. Instead of you sending me a SASE to get the TTMI, I will send the 18 envelops out in good faith. Since you are required to send me a card as the hostess, please also include one forever stamp to reimburse me for postage. Thank you. My mailing address will be on the envelope I send, but I will also include a return address label for your convenience. *Each card must be ATC size, 2.5" x 3.5" inches and on a sturdy base, if it flap in the wind or can bend easily the backing isn't sturdy enough. Think chipboard, playing cards or 2 layers of sturdy cardstock. About the TTMI, when I say use, I mean, yes you can rip it, paint it, turn it around backwards, modify it. But you must *use it somehow. Have fun! Please do NOT just slap the TTMI image onto a back ground. Use other mediums. Lace, borders, modeling paste, gesso, embellishments, ink, rubber stamps. etc. You need to post in the comment area when you Envelope from me arrives. You also need to post in the comment area when you receive your cards from your partners. Players also have to understand and agree that I will be posting photos and links to the photos of the cards that they create in a flickr album. Players must understand and agree that the images may show up on the front page of swap-bot, as I will use a flickr.com tag on each card. I will be getting 2 partners as well, I will enclose my finished cards to my 2 partners. Don't peek. Open it after you have finished your cards. |
