International washi tape postcard

Hi! I loved @crochetjunkie s 'Washi Tape Junkie' swap so much but was so saddened by the fact that it was a regional only swap so I figured I should do one for us international swappers! Or at least something like it.

Make a postcard from scratch and decorate using washi! You will have one partner and you have to send your washi postcard naked to your swap partner.

For this swap you need a rating of at least 4.95 and no unexplained 3s or 1s in your ratings from the last 3 months. I will be able to angel this swap if necessary, but you will have to contact your swap partner first and rate them accordingly.
