Easy swap:

Grab a nice store bought postcard (sender's choice) and write a quote from your favorite book.

Don't forget to add the title of the book, the author, your swap-bot name and the swap's title.

As I said - it is a sender's choice, but If you're aiming for a heart, you might want to check your partners profile and send them a postcard they would like. Also the postcard doesn't have to be book related, but it can be a nice touch.
