Description:
Mail at least two Chinese New Year stamps or souvenir sheets. Mint or cancelled, with at least one from the upcoming 2018 Year of the Dog. US has no souvenir sheets but often has a nice border on a full sheet of stamps. US stamps are not expected out until 2/16. I'll use older (but non-Chinese New Year) stamps (not photos) on the envelope when I mail.
