HD/HP Pansy ATC and Mail Art

You will have 1 partner to make a hand-drawn and or hand painted pansy themed ATC for. Then you will hand draw and or hand paint the envelope with pansies to send it in. Please include your name and the name of the swap. No stickers unless you are enclosing them as extras. Do your best work and brighten someone's day.

I will be checking profiles. No flakers, newbies, unresolved rating issues. I will ban anyone I deem risky to the integrity of the swap. If you have been banned from my previous swaps, you will be banned again. I do not tolerate poor swapping history in my swaps.
