This is based on Six-word memoirs found here: http://www.smithmag.net/sixwords/ Just read the evolving text box for an idea of how this works. Words don't need to be in abundance to be personal. How much light six words can shed on your life is truly amazing, and I think this is a really interesting outreach idea. For this swap, you will write ten six-word memoirs pertaining to yourself, your life, fears, lost loves, whatever you want and feel like. THIS SWAP IS INTERNATIONAL. This is a snail mail swap, not email. Three very lucky people will have a chance to peer into the window of your life, be it facets of the past, present, or future. Each of these three people will receive no less than ten little six-word memoirs. Not everybody has to receive the same ten, but if you want to only write ten, and copy them, that's fine too. (This swap is a repost of Your life in six words | round 2, due to the disappearance of our swap host. Also, the number of people to send items to was changed from six to three to facilitate a quicker turn-around.) |
