Int Envelope of BLUE for atc cards

Because this is an international swap, and mail regulations vary from country to country, there is not a weight limit nor minimum.

What you do need is a sturdy greeting card, or a business size envelope. 4x9 is the USA approx size, with at least 10 items.

Send one envelope full of BLUE type items for atcs. Washi tapes, playing cards, BLUE ephemera, ribbons, boarders etc.

No limit on themes, It is senders choice. You can start finding items to add to your envelope, as it is not profile based. But they items must be small enough to fit on an atc card.

It could take more than 3 weeks for some international mail so be patient with each other.
