AACG: Lady with a Big Hat ATC

I'm going with a retro theme this time...something we did back in the day when this was a new group! Let's make a beautiful ATC for our partners using a "lady in a big hat" theme. I've been mooning over old Flickr posts, remembering when our swap themes revolved around elegant vintage ladies...ladies with pink roses, ladies with red roses, ladies in big hats...yes, I still love them so much! Make one beautiful and beautifully embellished ATC featuring one of these Victorian or Edwardian ladies wearing the kind of hat that makes other ladies swoon with envy! The swap image is an ATC I made for one of those "big hat" swaps many moons ago.
