YTPC: Paint Chip Pocket Tutorial

For this swap, we'll be following Linda Israel's tutorial found HERE

What a fun way to use paint chips and they're free for the taking at any home improvement store.

Let's create this pocket so that it fits into our 5"x7" journals, so if your pocket page is FLAT, the width should measure between 8" and 10" and the length should measure 6" and 7". This will give us a FOLDED pocket page measuring between 4"x6" and 5"x7". Obviously, the length remains the same. Hope this makes sense.
