You might choose an elegant lady with a feathery, ribbon-y chapeau...maybe a grandpa wearing a fishing hat...or even a child (such as the one in the swap graphic). It's your choice! Remember that your ATC should be 3.5 inches tall at the peak, and 2.5 inches at the widest point. Take your time with this swap, and make it fabulous for your partner!
