Bored and have nothing else to do?

Join my swap! It's simple. For two weeks, starting the day after sign up, write down everything you eat and drink (except water) every day (Feb. 1 through Feb. 14). No cheating! At the end of the two week period, stick your list in an envelope and send it to your partner, along with a short letter about why you joined the swap. That's it. Newbies are welcome.

It is so helpful to write down what you eat because you think twice about it if you have to write it down. At least that what they said in Weight Watchers!

This might be a really good way to monitor what I eat if I am accountable to someone but to also make sure that I eat.
