Lets make a Note Card for our Partner. We will write a Cheerful Message inside for the New Year ! ! Materials You can use: Card Stock, Scrapbooking papers, Rubber Stamps, Ribbon, Washi tape, Fabric, Paint, Decoupage, Embellishments etc. Be Creative NO Sticker Slapping ** May have Greeting Words on front* Size: must be NO Smaller than Invitation Size ( 4 3/8" x 5 3/4" ). Please include your Swap Member Name, Name of the Swap and Date inside of card. No need to decorate outside of envie but please have name of swap on Envie.. with Correct Postage. Remember this is an international Swap so travel time might be longer than 2 weeks..
