It's that time of year where everyone starts trying to get into shape. And I am no different. So I thought it would be great for all of us setting out on our weight loss to get a little encouragement and motivation. You will have two partners to send something fitness, weight loss, diet related to. Items can include: A letter or encouraging note, magazine clippings, receipes, tips that work for you, a fitness realted collage to hang on the fridge, lists of good low cal snack foods, etc... It's up to you. Please feel free to leave comments about what you prefer or need help in, but no one is required to send you that material. Everyone is welcome but please if you have no sends, or know that you do not intend on sending to your partners -DON'T JOIN! I have the dates for quick turn around and it's a fairly easy swap.
