VC: Moulin Rouge Tag

I think it's time to make a tag! In particular, a Moulin Rouge-inspired tag (so romantical!). Okay...let's use a #5 shipping tag size (4 3/4x2 3/8")...and feel free to do what I do, and make your own tag from a used manila folder. I just clip the top corners, and punch a hole in the center for the ribbon. I love the history of Le Moulin Rouge, and the slightly seedy ambience of it. Make something spectacular for your swap partner, using some of the many available images, maybe some French script, perhaps some naughty performers...the sky is the limit! Don't forget to add ribbon or string or some other form of tag-topper to finish it off.
