You're going to send your 2 partners 15 flake stickers that are all the same shape: star, round, heart, bumpy square, etc. Obviously you don't have to find 30 all the same, so don't panic. ;-) So, 15 of the same shape for each partner. Easy peasy!

Not so easy - most flakes in current sticker sacks are cut into shapes of images. I had to go to my box of vintage sticker flakes.
