Description:

This is our first group swap!!

You know those recipe cards you can pick up for free in your local market? Let's grab a bunch of these and send off to your partner.

When you are at the market, grab 5 of these cards. Try to get a variety, like a soup, a casserole, a dessert, a side dish, etc. You will have one partner. Please include a little note about why picked the cards you did.

Since this is a group swap and not to leave anyone out, this will be International. I am postage conscious so it is only one partner and 5 cards.

The only way you will get booted from the swap is if we see you are an obvious problem (like unexplained 1's).

I'd like to participate but here all the recipes are in spanish... well, perhaps another time!!! Great Swap!!!

Puchita, I think it would be fun to receive recipes in Spanish! (or any other language, for that matter) I wouldn't necessarily be able to use them, but it would be neat to have anyway :^)

last time I went "food shopping" (meaning: the big two weeks worth buy out the store trip) I picked up at least 3 of EVERY card that was in english... even if I thought I would not like the dish.
I find it amazing that I did this thinking there would be a swap I'd want to use them on sometime.
Now I will have to sort thru them and pick 5 that I think my partner will actually like (based on who I get)

note to my partner: Please send to the PO box (in case you have my address from another swap) as we will be moving soon and if it is as far as I think it will be, that is the mail we will be forwarding.

I'm in! And like the others, cards in foreign languages are A-OK! lol

I actually have a TON of these. I look for them every time I go to a new grocery store. I've got quite the collection going. lol
