Create an ATC featuring the LAST State or City or "Place" that you visited; or you may choose to feature your FAVORITE Place to visit regardless of when the last time you were there.

You'll have 1 partner and this will be an INTERNATIONAL swap

Quick rules:

*No NO-SENDS (within last 180 days - no exceptions)

*At Least a 4.8 rating

*No Ratings of "1" within last 6 months (no exceptions)

*At Least 3 Completed Snail Mail Swaps within last 90 days.

*You should be graded on your effort put forth to create (a sticker on a card puts forth no effort)

and also graded on, if you've met the swap requirements (i.e. sent by, theme, etc..)
