You will send 1 atc to 1 partner. The theme is 1960's art. So let's get colorful, crazy, neon, dayglo, psychedelic whatever. The 60's provided get freedom in art. Make a standard size atc, thats 2.5 by 3.5 inches, on a sturdy background with all the pertinent info. That's it.
