Send anything that one stamp covers. So send like up to 5 flat items for your partner and a note. You would not want to go over 5 flats due to the postage. You will have 3 partners for this swap to send them each a one stamp envelope. Decorate the envelope a little bit with drawings, deco tape, stamped images, or stickers.
