This is a global swap! 1 partner, 1 decorated envie (winter themed) filled with seasonally appropriate ephemera. Your envelope should be legal/business/large notecard size and the front should be decorated in a winter theme. Collage, draw, stamp, etc!! Fill your envie with at least 4 different kinds of ephemera and as full as you can get for 1 first class stamp (about 1 oz).
