Swap: a one page mini journal. The mini journal should show a day in the life. Over the course of the week you fill out a page per day. Giving highlights or something from the day. Could include recipes, quotes, art, etc. ex if you had a great breakfast on one day then you might draw it or give a review, or maybe a special outing a different day, or whatever it’s like to be you.
