Coffee sleeves

In this swap we will be creating a coffee sleeve for one partner.  Coffee sleeves are those things that you use to keep the heat off your hand when you are holding your cup of Starbuck's, Tully's or whatever brand you like to buy.  These coffee sleeves can be made of whatever materials you choose - just make them attractive and functional.  You can use one of the cardboard ones as a template or you can just "dress up" one of the cardboard ones.  For hearts, check out your partner's profile for favorites and incorporate them into your design.
