R&W: Celebrate female authors

March is Women's History Month. So let's do a swap. :) This swap is International and you will have 1 partner. This swap is snail mail, but if anyone would like an email version of this swap, please send me a PM and I'll be happy to set it up. :)

The idea is simple - read a book by a female author. Yeah, that's it. It can be fiction or non fiction, a biography about a historical figure, a memoir by a female writer - and let's decide that a female author is a book written by someone who identifies as female at the time of the book's writing. Does that make sense? I don't want to get super picky (this isn't a school assignment!) or hurt anyone's feelings.

After you have read the book (if it isn't finished by the send by date, that's ok. Just share as much as you can before sending off), send your partner a note/letter (no postcards for this one, sorry), with the Title and author of the book you read/are reading, a brief summary of the book and a few lines about your thoughts of the book. The letter can be typed or handwritten, on stationery or a note card or plain paper -it's all sender's choice for that.
