Hello everyone! I'm starting back on to try writing a bit on everyday. I think everyone heard of Gratitude Journal. It often use as therapy for mental health. Writing also help us clarify our mind. That's what I believe. My goal to this swap is that we can start a habit of writing and makes it a happy things to do. I hope this is not too much commitment and less cost too. So for this swap, I'm going to do June in 2 parts, Part 1 is for 1st June to 15 June and Part 2 will be from 16 June to 30 June. If you feel like trying first and not sure you can commit the full month, feel free to enjoy either one. So for 1 swap there's only 15 days of writing. We will have to write about what makes us happy that day or we feel thankful for that day because... As long as it is something good. I hope it can gives us positive feelings even with a bad day. It doesn't has to be long. At least 3 sentences is good enough.. feel free to write longer or tell stories. ~eg : I'm glad that my cat here with me. Even though I feel so bad about what happen today, I get to play with him when I get home. He cheers me up. To keep the cost low, I suggest that we just fold A4 paper to 4 part, anyway you like. Then, you will have 8 space front and back to write on. So we just need about 2 A4 paper for this swap. Then it can be mailed just like a normal letter. Unless you like being extra fancy for hearts, you're free to do as you like.. multi papers or even book. But the swap is adequate to be rated 5 if you have 15 entry once a day even with just 3 sentences. I hope this swap can get us to the habit of writing and positive thinking. I plan to photocopy/scan mine, to keep. You can do it too. |
