You will send your 1 assigned partner a watercolor ATC created by you. There are no rules, other than the medium that is mostly used is watercolor. Feel free to add other mediums to your ATC if you feel inclined to do so, however, it is not required. ATC measurement is 2.5"x 3.5" USA Regional Swap. Must have a 4.9 overall rating to join.
