Hi swappers! Let's follow along with THIS video to create 2 sweet layered fabric dangles for our partners. Minimum size is 1.5" x 2"; maximum size is 2.5" x 3". Please do add some type of charm at the top center--most of us won't have the exact pieces Cathy uses; just use what you have on hand. Enjoy picking through your fabric/lace stash to come up with some lovely color combinations to delight your partner. Hope to see you in the swap!
